RES
co 28 R10
Foreign Office, April 13, 1910. M. CAMBON asked me to-day whether I had heard that the Chinese Prince, who was at present making a tour, had been invited by the German Emperor to go to Berlin on the 30th May for some military functions, and was therefore intending to shorten his stay in England and France.
I said that I had not before heard this, and that we had not yet agreed to receive the Prince, owing to the unsatisfactory attitude of the Chinese Government with regard to certain questions.
